How a Premium South Delhi Dermatology Clinic Grew Conversions 3.2x on the Exact Same ₹4.5 Lac (~$5,000) Monthly Budget
Sometimes the biggest lever isn't more money; it's what you already have and aren't using.
Client snapshot
A premium dermatology clinic based in South Delhi. A genuinely skilled, clinically inclined doctor, an affluent patient base, and, importantly, years' worth of real patient testimonials that had never made it further than a WhatsApp folder.
The story, in my words
This is one of my favorite case studies to tell, because it goes against the instinct almost every marketer has when results plateau: spend more. This clinic was already putting in a serious monthly budget, around ₹4.5 lac, roughly $5,000, every single month, consistently. And the returns had flattened. The easy, lazy recommendation would have been "let's increase the budget and see if that moves the needle." We didn't do that. We didn't ask for a single extra rupee.
What struck me first when I met the doctor was how clinically serious he was: not a marketing-first personality at all, genuinely focused on outcomes and patient care. Which meant he had something most clinics spend years trying to manufacture artificially: a real, deep bank of patient testimonials, built up organically because patients trusted him and said so. And almost none of it was doing any work for him online. It was sitting in message threads and review requests, essentially invisible to anyone researching him before booking.
What we actually did
We ran a full diagnostic on the existing funnel rather than assuming the problem was reach or spend. A few things stood out immediately:
- No social proof on the landing page. We rebuilt it to feature real patient testimonials prominently, not buried in a "reviews" tab, but woven directly into the decision path, right where a prospective patient was deciding whether to book.
- Creative fatigue and audience overlap. The same segments were being shown the same messaging repeatedly, quietly eating into performance with diminishing returns.
- Conversion-path friction. Small, unglamorous things like unclear next steps after ad-click were costing bookings that the traffic had already paid for.
We fixed all three, inside the exact same monthly budget the clinic was already spending. No scaling, no new channels, no additional creative production cost.
What changed
Results tracked and verified: December 2025.
The honest takeaway
This clinic didn't need more money thrown at the problem. It needed the trust it had already earned, one patient at a time, to actually be visible to the next patient making a decision. Most practices are sitting on proof they're not using. That's usually the first place we look before we ever recommend a bigger budget.
